Please fill out our online form to give us some information about yourself.

Due to new Pennsylvania law, it is required that all volunteers receive the following clearances; PA Child Abuse and PA Criminal. FBI Clearance is not necessary for volunteers that have lived in PA for 10 years or longer.

Instructions for the clearances are below. If you have any questions please email us [email protected]. Send a copy of all clearances to this email address.

Child Abuse Clearance

To get your Child Abuse Clearance please click the button and follow the instructions below.

1. You will need to “Create A New Account”
2. Follow Instructions
3. Login
4. Click on “Access My Clearances” then “Continue”
5. “Create Clearance Application” and fill out
6. Once it is completed, you will need to either email it or give Melia a paper copy.

NOTE: The fee has been waived, just select that you are volunteering for an unpaid position.

Criminal Record Clearance

To get your Criminal Record Clearance please click the button and follow the instructions below.

1. “Submit a New Record”
2. Follow Instructions
3. Fill out application
4. Once it is completed, you will need to either email it or give Melia a paper copy.

NOTE: The fee has been waived, just select that you are volunteering for an unpaid position.

Additional Registration Information

Your FBI Clearance is not necessary if you are applying for an unpaid volunteer position and you have lived in Pennsylvania for the past 10 consecutive years. However, you will need to affirm that you have lived in PA the past 10 consecutive years and that you are not disqualified from service based upon a conviction of an offense under §6344(c).

10 Consecutive Years Residence

Non-Residence or Paid Position

Fill out this form if you have either NOT lived in PA for the past 10 consecutive years, OR if you are applying for a paid position.
NOTE: There is a $25.75 fee.
